Eligibility and authority

Advertisers must be at least 18 and authorized to represent the submitted product and use its text, marks, screenshots and links. Product claims must be accurate and lawful. Do not submit confidential data, payment credentials or information about children.

Permission to display

You retain your rights and grant BRAPPIFY a non-exclusive permission to host, reproduce, format and display your submitted content to operate and promote your listing during its availability on BRANK. This does not transfer ownership of your marks. Contact support to request correction or removal; legally required records may remain.

Review and availability

Submission, payment and domain proof are separate. Content requires approval. We may reject or suspend content for policy, security or legal reasons, review complaints and request evidence. Directory availability can be interrupted. Third-party websites are independent and are not endorsed by BRANK.

Payments and disputes

The Paid Ranking Rules and Refund Policy govern paid rankings. Raise service or payment problems with support using the payment reference. Do not send card details, OTPs or secrets. Contact your bank for unauthorized payments; BRANK will cooperate with provider dispute processes.

Responsibility and liability

You are responsible for submitted claims and the permissions needed to display them. To the extent permitted by law, BRANK does not warrant third-party products or consequential commercial results. Any limitation of liability and advertiser indemnity for unlawful submissions is subject to mandatory law and final legal review; no arbitrary liability cap is imposed by this draft.

Changes and governing law

Material policy changes will be dated here. New rank contributions record the accepted policy version; existing payment records retain their original acceptance. Your rights
